I´ve been there yesterday with my wife and my son, absolutely great located in the heart of Rijeka, you will not believe that there is a restaurant, located in an apartment first floor. All the food was vegan and the people there pretty nice.

First floor of a building, don't be shy just push the door and find a cosy restaurant set into a flat,
The staff is lovely and helpful, the food is super cheap (48 Kunas for two!), it's homemade, filling, tasty and healthy, chill out atmosphere
Only thing I didn't like was the plastic plates and cutlery
Pros: Whole food, Tasty, FriendlyThis place is a lifesaver every day I don't feel like cooking. It is very affordable (around 3€ for a main course, everything else costs even less), the portions are decently sized and the food is delicious, with a homemade feel to it. The staff is friendly and ready to accommodate specific dietary requirements. Most of the food is vegan, some days all of it. The place is a little hard to find, on the first floor of a building, and the service is fast food -like rather than restaurant-like i.e. self service and plastic plates, but it's cozy and clean.
Very much recommended, especially if you're on a budget.
There is no delivery service, but they can prepare food for take out.
