I really like Exki, because it must be the only food chain that you find everywhere (airports, train stations and a lot of neighborhoods in Paris)and there is always a warm and / or cold vegan option !
So your plane is in 30 minutes and you are starving : go to Exki !
It also remains open quite late in the evening, so you can grab a vegan salad à 10 PM before going back home : priceless !
on this day, nice selection of vegan food: two soups (one of which was organic) and several couscous / pasta / salads. everything is labeled so you can easily detect whether a salad contains ham, cheese or chicken. nice place to casually eat-in, or take away.
