The restaurant is at the back of a courtyard that also has another restaurant and a hostel (keep your eyes open, the sign is only a portable one near the entrance of the courtyard through a passageway). The buffet now costs B$18 (about US$2.50), and includes your choice of 2 entrees (one of them vegan), 2 soups, a whole-grain roll, and a lot of salad items/condiments. Mostly a mix of Bolivian vegetarian and some international dishes (some dishes were even a bit spicy--especially for Bolivian standards--and they did have hot peppers as a condiment). For beverages, they have mate (not specified which kind) and juices. The tables in the courtyard are mostly shaded, and the courtyard has a lot of character--a nice relaxing place to eat outdoors away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby streets! (There are also tables indoors.) Only 2 disadvantages I could think of--they're only open for lunch, and the buffet is a one-time through opportunity, no refills (so big eaters may want to keep that in mind), though portion sizes of the food they serve you from the buffet (versus the self-serve part) are good.
