If you are keeping it vegan, order the Mega-Veggie pizza, and ask to make it vegan (no butter, no parmesan). The Dayia soy cheese is great for this option and this is one of the few local restaurants has this vegan cheese choice.
The service is great and the staff is friendly and helpful.
I've been to Mellow Mushroom many times. I truly appreciate when I ask servers for a vegan pizza they know what I'm talking about. I usually get a vegan pizza with spinach, broccoli, tempeh, and vegan (Daiya) cheese. Yum.
