The woman that run this/cooks is really nice and speaks English. Sometimes the cart is there and sometimes it isn't. She has a good selection of noodles and veggies for stir-fry and it's very clean. A dish is about 25 baht.
They have a large red and yellow menu in English in front of their cart so if they are there it is easy to find. They are located in front of the day market a minutes walk from 7-11. Usually there once it gets dark until appx 11pm. There are chairs and tables to eat there if you want.
Best pure veg street cart I've seen.

We loved this place! While we were in Chiangmai we ate here almost every day. She opens after 6 pm and stays open until 12 ish. Dishes are only 25-30 baht. Try the mushroom meat in a bag, so good! Smoothie making too.
Pros: Cheap, Fresh, Tasty
