Every week I pick up an organic produce bin - they choose what's in it, but you can also ask to customize it if you want. They have different pricing options, and I get a $25 bin. There are a few standard items each week (apples, bananas, and a type of salad green). The produce is always great, and it's convenient to just be able to quickly pick up an already packed box - cuts down on shopping time. Also, every bin contains a recipe that uses some of that week's vegetables - a nice touch.
But as a vegan, Body Fuel isn't a one-stop shopping trip for me - I still have to go to other stores. They are really big on the whole "humane meat" myth, so that's where a lot of their focus is. They weren't selling enough tofu to make it worth bringing in, so they stopped carrying it. Same thing with Daiya. But they do carry Vegenaise, and they have a great selection of other staples (all organic) - flours, cereals, beans, grains, rice, spices. They also carry the full line-up of Vega products. They pack a ton of stuff into their small store. I find the pricing to be along the same lines as other health food stores in the city.
Staff is very friendly - because you're in there every week, you become a "regular", so they know you by name. They also communicate deals and news by e-mail. Sometimes they offer free samples too.
Cons: No tofu
