Lovely, friendly place and delicious soups
Posted on 05 / 02 / 2013I pop in to The Kitchen every time I'm in Bolton Centre in lunchtime or happen to wait for a train as it's near the rail station. There is an everyday menu which consists of (among many others dishes) a choice of two soups on the menu which vary every day - I especially love their lentil+miso soup, cashew nut + celery soup and watercress soup. The bowl is always brimful and bursting with flavour. The atmosphere is relaxed. You can sit at the window on a high stool, read a newspaper and watch the world passing by.
