Dao, eats vegetarian often and understands when you say "kin jay," or "mangsawirat," which means you eat vegetarian/vegan. She will make vegetarian dishes by request, as all meals are made-to-order. Try the green curry with tofu, vegetables stir-fried with chili and basil, fried rice with vegetables and tofu, larb tofu, or the vegan version of naam bplaa prik by combining soy sauce with fresh chilies.
