They grow all of the produce used on their organic farm- and offer a wide variety of heirloom and open-pollinated veggies (from their own saved seed). They grind all the flour fresh for their sourdough breads and desserts, all wheat-free using organic grains (kamut, spelt, rye, corn, etc...). All ingredients used are organic and unrefined (unrefined sea salt, panela (unrefined sugar), extra virgin coconut oil and olive oil.). Some items offered contain goat milk and cheese, but others are vegan-friendly. Their weekends only restaurant has an ever-changing menu reflecting what's in season in the garden. All seating is outdoors in amongst flower gardens in a tranquil place. If they aren't too busy they're happy to take people around their gardens.
