The area actually has a number of places with vegan options. A small sampling off the top of my head: Woodman's, Red Robin, Chipotle, Panera, Noodles, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Biaggi's, Duke's Alehouse, Macaroni Grill, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Happy Buddha, On the Border, a number of small ethnic restaurants, and the list goes on.
Walmart, Jewel, Meijer, Caputos, and a number of other local grocery stores have vegan items like ice cream, veggie burgers, cheese, sour cream, wraps, etc. as well.
