New Brunswick doesn't have very many falafel places, and the only other really good one is Evelyn's, but that place is just so bourgie these days. PLUS, Maoz is totally vegetarian, and pretty much vegan, with the exception of one or two salads and two of the sauces.
Their salad bar rules, cause you can keep going back up as many times as you want and just keep piling it on. They tell you that; it's not a dirty punk trick or anything. And I do. I keep piling on those carrots, the broccoli and the cauliflower.
Plus, they even have vegan rice pudding. And wheat pita.
It's pretty much the best falafel place there is. So tasty. I'm sure some people would beat me for saying this, but it's much better than many "real" falafel places.
Oh, and it's also really nice and pretty inside. Finally, the people who work there tend to be quite friendly.
So good, Unlimited vegetables, Cheap
Not enough seating
