While many restaurants in San Marcos offer vegetarian options, this hotel-restaurant is the only one that's fully vegetarian. The setting is a hidden garden off of the main footpath. At night it is like a fairyland, lit with candles and each seat is nestled in amongst large tropical plants. The food ranges from pizza and pasta to salads, soups, Latin American fare and desserts. Occasionally the owner runs out of ingredients, and it can be a few days before the main menu is available. The owner/chef speaks many languages. Has wi-fi. Price: Moderate more-less
