For a German themed town this Mexican food had good options for vegans. Choices of items that they will adapt including a cabbage salad that is already vegan. The green enchilada was great as was the burrito bowl.
Pros: Choices, Friendly staffFavorite place in the area, by FAR!! Love the food...not so much in the vegan department...though they can make a few things vegan that are delish. However...if you do egg/cheese...you have many, many amazing options. The corn pudding is out of this world and the sweet potato enchilada is scrumdelicious. We go there almost every Sunday as we head back to Seattle-land...and we LOVE it!
