If eating in Primrose Hill, seek it out

Erskine Road comes off Regent's Park Road, Lemonia restaurant is on the corner to turn off at.
You need to walk through to the Triyoga building which is opposite number one Erskine Road. Look for the purple triyoga sign. Go through to the reception and next to the reception desk is the food counter for the café. You can sit across the room at spacey wooden block tables. It is quiet a calming atmosphere, especially when everyone is in class.

The menu is organic, gourmet and international. In the morning there are a few healthy choices for breakfast such as muesli and fruit and afterwards there are about three hot choices which change. I had wild rice with bean stew which was healthy and delicious tasting.

It is self service, the person at the counter was friendly enough.

For around five pounds for a great lunch it is great value.

The best place to get something to eat in Primrose Hill. I guess it's more than a four.

Pros: Organic, gourmet, tasty food, mostly calming space, great value
Cons: people go in and out as is reception
