	Review: After long being deprived of vegan pizza options here in Richmond, Pizza Fusion opened in Short Pump and has filled the gap admirably. Pizza Fusion has a Very Vegan Pizza, with crimini mushrooms, roasted garlic, tomato sauce, and soy cheese. I order it with spinach substituted for the mushrooms and it is delicious!! The pizza is also available with either an organic white crust or a whole wheat one. The atmosphere is fun, with all the pizza-making apparatus and ovens out in full view. Waitstaff and managers are friendly and eager to please. The restaurant is very eco-friendly, with much of the decor made of recycled materials. They even deliver their great pizzas in hybrid cars!   Pros: Excellent food * Friendly staff * Eco-friendly Cons: A bit expensive * *
