Love this place because of the quality of the health-conscious food and value-for-money. Huge portions with plenty of fresh, naturally-grown or organic vegetables & ingredients without preservatives & additives.
Favorites include the alfalfa salad wraps, salads (served with homemade yogurt & passionfruit dressing), sesame noodles, the Energy Drink (fruits, green vegetables, seeds, nuts, wheatgerm lecithin, brewer's yeast -- highly recommended!!) as well as the fruit juices and yoghurt smoothies. (All meals & foods served do not contain meat.)
The foods are not loaded with sauces and heavy flavours that overwhelm the original flavours of the ingredients, which suits my preference for 'clean' tasting dishes.
A huge plus is the owner who is passionate about health and wellness, as well as extremely helpful and friendly.
It's open from 6.30am till late, though dinner may be sold out by 8.30pm. Even open on all typhoon holidays!Pros: Enthusiastic owner, focused on wellness, Plenty fresh organic vegetables, Huge portions, value for money
Cons: May have to wait, depending on crowd, Fairly limited menu, Owner doesn't speak English
