"Howling for More"   My Rating

	Review: Spent a night with the wife in San Luis Obispo and ate at the Smiling Dog Cafe. The waitress was very friendly, helped us with directions, touristy stuff, etc. The cafe is kind of hidden. We were the only people there, and relaxing by their bubbling fountain in the shade was almost as nice as the delicous food. I had a juice, and we both had salads. I highly recommend the mixed green salad. Everything was fresh and bursting with flavor, and the portion was generous. All the food is organic and/or local i think. For dessert we split a piece of raw key-lime pie that really hit the spot. The cafe is right off of the 101 in San Luis Obispo, and we plan to stop there every time we come through town because the salad and pie were so damn good and the waitress was so friendly!   Pros: fresh vegan food * outdoor seating * nice people Cons: * *
