Review: The Watauga County Farmer's Market is one of the most wonderful markets I have ever been to. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, this is where you will find the real Boone, NC.
At Hold the Heat Raw Food Makery's booth Saturday mornings you will find raw food breakfast of raw granola, nut milk and fruit. On Wednesdays you will find salads and flax chips with guacamole and fresh salsa from dinner or evening snack. Other products for sale include: Flax Chips, Raw Chocolate, Raw Truffles, Spicy Sprouts, Fresh Sprouts, Raw Granola, Fresh Kombucha, Nut Milk, and Seed Cheese (to name a few).

Pros: Great Location * Great Selection * Great People
Cons: Parking - Come Early! * *
