	Review: Hierbabuena is by far my favorite restaurant in Lima. The menu features an eclectic range of organic foods and drinks, a quiet atmosphere (despite its location in central Miraflores), and a friendly wait staff. The menu has a number of vegetarian options-- my favorites include the polenta dish, the stuffed mushrooms, and the portobello sandwich. I go to Hierbabuena a couple times a week and I have never tried a dish there that was not outstanding. They also have a very nice mulled red wine perfect for cold winter nights in Lima. You will not be disappointed with this restaurant. If you go for lunch from Tuesday through Friday they have a set menu that includes an appetizer, a main dish with a side, a dessert, and a few drink options for S./24, though the menu usually includes fish.   Pros: amazing flavor * great setting * good price for the quality Cons: not many vegan options * *
