Mostly bento boxes

We went here for dinner and to be honest, this wasn't a great decision. Upon arriving we found that there were precisely 4 things on the menu (a fried rice, a salad with peanut sauce, some fried tom yum noodles and some udon noodles), the remaining options being bento boxes consisting mainly of rice and deep fried vegetables. Hardly healthy or nutritionally balanced.
Having already walked in we felt obliged to order something so went for the the fried tom yum noodles and the salad. Both tasted nice and we were assured they don't use MSG which is a plus. It was really no more than a snack though so we promptly headed for an Indian restaurant to make up for the deficiencies (unfortunately luck wasn't on our side there either, but that's another story altogether..;)
Anyway, this place is probably good if you are really hungry and in the area. Difficult to see it being much more than that though.
Pros: no MSG, tasted good
Cons: very few selections, a lot of fried food, not nutritionally balanced
Wrong timing, I would say. You went there during Nine Emperor Gods Festival and I guess they changed menu to handle the crowd. We went there too last week and left after finding out they didn't serve the original menu.
