	Review: One of Santa Rosa's best kept secrets. Located in the Coddingtown Mall, Fresh China is an oasis of delicious organic California-influenced Chinese food. Lot's of vegetarian and vegan options. Try the Veggie Potstickers, the Pine Nut Lettuce Wrap, the Moo Shoo Vegetables and/or the Veggie Chow Fun. Pillow tofu and Singapore Noodles are also great options. Good selection of local/organic beers and wine, too.   Pros: * * Cons: * *
