I went looking for this place but found a closed Japanese restaurant. A couple of days later i found it a bit further down the road(in the direction of the cathedral) and on the other side of the street(oneven nrs). It was closed and i don't remember the exact address so i wasn't able to check it out.
Local branch of the Spanish chain, similar to Souplantation in the US. Most of their food is vegetarian and whatever isn't is clearly labeled as containing meat. In addition to the green salad bar, they also have soup, pasta, and pizza. I probably enjoyed the pizza the best. Great healthy food in an informal setting.
