A fairly large independent health Store. It sells many vegan foods Fry's/Redwood's /Tofutti etc. and organic Veg, The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. They are willing to order in products they do not usually carry. I moved to Seaford partly for the Health Store.
Pros: Many vegan items, Independent , Friendly staff.Use this place regularly to stock up on vegan cheese, tofu, Fry's sausages/burgers, soya ice creem, organic veg, vegan toiletries, etc.
Not a place for snacks or lunches.
A good variety of health foods. (Not sure why there were loads of tins of "all-butter shortbread biscuits" though).
Plenty of vegan foods, non-dairy ice cream, TVP, soy products, etc - great variety.
