Review: This was a welcome find in Weimar, which is not loaded with vegetarian restaurants of any kind. It is strictly soups and salads, but the soups were delicious and good portions. There are always two vegetarian soups (out of four), clearly marked, and a host of salads. On the days we visited, there was always a vegan soup. It comes with free bread (as much as you like). This was also one of only two places we found in all of Weimar with soy milk available for coffee.
