	Review: I recently moved to Valparaiso from Chicago where there are plenty of awesome vegetarian restaurants to choose from. I thought I would be miserable as an almost-vegan living in Valpo...until I discovered the Unrefined Cafe! This place is all about healthy eating. They have make-your-own wraps and sandwiches where you choose from all kinds of vegetables, tofu, cheeses, etc. Average lunch entree is $6-7. $1 extra charge for avocado. The only meat on the menu is chicken (which is atrocious, don't get me wrong.) The portions here are on the small side. For me, it's the perfect amount but if you have a good appetite I'd order an extra plate and split it with your mate or order a side item or two. The cafe itself is small. There are only about 4 tables. Feel free to come by yourself - they have a big screen TV on the wall. It's located in downtown Valpo just off the main drag (Hwy 130 which is called Lincolnway) but street parking is easy. The biggest bummer about this place is their limited hours. They should always be open for dinner and should deliver. I'd order from here all the time.   Pros: excellent food * healthy cuisine * friendly staff Cons: limited business hours * no delivery *
