Review: On of the stalls at the Borough Market – situated in section closest as you enter the market from London Bridge station, Tooley St.

Once you have have reached the front end of the queue you can choose from three options of falafel rolls: classic, with pickles and there are a few other salads they put in.
The falafel is the crunchy, tasty sort, it is good. The rolls are bit smaller than the average falafel roll/ falafel in pitta. It is a good size. You can get a salad/ side to make up the rest of the meal or while you at the market try other things.
That they are rolls makes them great for walking and eating.

Think the one man that individually assembles the rolls for everyone all day gets a bit tired. Maybe sick and tired.

Value is fine at around ₤3.50 per roll.

Pros: Great falafel * rolled - good for portability * good sized servings
Cons: long queue * *

Review: You will find them in the "Green Market" section.

These are the people who used to have the very excellent "Pulse. Food is Life" stall right on London Bridge - that location closed earlier this year.

I am happy to see that they are now selling in several markets.

At the markets they sell only veggy food with a lot of vegan options - I just phoned to them to double confirm this.

+Pulse Food is Life describes itself as - the sexiest fast food in the capital! Bite through the crisp outer coating of fresh, piping-hot Damascean falafel - the seductively cloying interior mingling with rich tahini, smoky aubergine puree, or sharp Arabic pickles. And that's just for starters..+

Also selling in -

BROADWAY MARKET, HACKNEY E8 on Sundays.

PARTRIDGES FARMERS MARKET DUKE OF YORK SQUARE, SW3 on Saturdays.

WHITECROSS STREET MARKET NEAR THE BARBICAN, EC1 - check for the days - this is where Carnevale restaurant is.

Nice, very nice!

I hope that they prosper & open more locations.
