	Review: I have been to Morkus Selsmas many times and was always delighted both by the food and the service. The food is healthy and always prepared freshly. There is a soup and two dishes of the day as well as a menu card (also in English) with simple delicious dishes such as millet loaf with garlic-parsley sauce and salad (you must try it!), couscous beetroot salad, mediterranean salad, cauliflower soup, spaghetti with a great mushroom sauce and more. Since Morku Selsmas is a juice bar (sulciu baras) there is also a wide range of fruit and vegetable juices and shakes that are all very tasty as well. There is also a choice of vegan deserts - usually two sorts of muffins, sometimes cake. The staff speaks very good English, the cook is vegan, the prices are not too cheap for Lithuanian circumstances - for a meal including a juice, a dish and desert you would pay around 5-7€ which is still a good deal I think. The place is non smoking and has four tables inside (small and cozy), three outside and a bar. They also sell vegan products such as washing agents, shampoo, egg free mayonaise, nut spread... Things you won't find in a vegan version in Lithuanian shops or supermarkets. Morku Selsmas is my alltime favourite concerning eating out. It's worth visiting Kaunas just for the sake of eating there.   Pros: excellent food * healthy cuisine * friendly staff Cons: * *
