	Review: I like going here in part because it's close to where I work. But the staff are very friendly, the decor is nice, and the food is pretty good and all organic. My one complaint is that there is not a lot of variety on the menu, and since they make everything ahead of time in the morning you can't make any changes. And they seem to love eggplant, which I can't stand, so I can't eat any of their sandwiches. But their salads are great, they even have a little topping bar you can visit for croutons, nutritional yeast, etc. And the soups are always amazing! You can even order a sampler of all three in case you can't decide. They are also very vegan-conscious, since they always have a nice range of options for vegans, even in the desserts (which is not easy in france!). It's only open during weekdays, and it's definitely more a fast food/lunch/snack type place. But I think it's great - it would be perfect if they had some non-eggplant sanwich options!   Pros: healthy cuisines * friendly staff * organic Cons: limited menu * *
