	Review: This attractive restaurant is located in an attractive neighborhood, next to the Bazaar Sabado (i.e, Saturday Market), pretty far from the Centro Historico where we were staying. I chose the quesadillas with squash blossoms and mushrooms. I asked our waitress if they could leave off the cheese, and they did without any problem. The delicious quesadillas were made with blue corn tortillas. I also had some fruit juice which was also very good. The restaurant staff is very helpful.   Pros: healthy cuisine * attentive staff * Cons: not many choices * location *

	Review: The staff wants to serve you right. Most dishes have cheese already added, so you can't request vegan. At least they know what vegan means. Alcohol available. Good for an upscale dinner, nice ambience. No vegan desserts.   Pros: different menu items * great staff * nice ambience Cons: few vegan choices * *
