Review: My husband (then fiance) and I ate at Dil Se when in Kirkwall a couple years back and thought it was quite good. Nice atmosphere, good variety and attentive staff. There are a lot of vegetarian options on the menu and everything is clearly labelled. If vegan, like us, just mention that you can't have dairy and they will help you with the menu.
