Hidden Gem!
Posted on 03 / 31 / 2013Finally made it here and we took one of our children along(3 year old!) It's a make to order cafeteria, it has quite a number of clearly marked vegan items(about half the menu) and the food preparers seemed to understand the difference. the dining area is quite large and sprawling, nice for an intimate chat or some study time, but the low, knee high tables are not the greatest for eating. There are about three regular height tables, but they seemed to be full, and I would assume they usually are. The food was good, rice and pasta bowls that you can have with your choice of sauces/toppings,and shepherds pie or a feew different sandwiches. mid range pricing, and good quality food!
Pros: large, quiet dining area, well marked vegan options, quick serviceCons: low tables, hard to access if not on campus, only open during school year
Do you know which Bridges "vegan" choices contain dairy/eggs? Is there another vegan option on campus?
