Review: Just back from a weeks holiday in Corralejo. A friend had recommended Happpy Cow to me before we left so i could see if there were any veggie restaurants. We visited Gibson's twice and loved it both times. It's a relaxed atmosphere with great staff and amazing food. The Dime Bar cake was particularly tasty!! There is also a range of games on the bar to play after your meal - what more could one want??!
Would definitely go again should we go back.
