I'd much prefer to buy from an Independent operation and with a chain of over 500 branches nationwide, H&B is defo not independent. Also with things on sale such as fish oil and whey protein, it isn't 100% vegetarian.
Having said that if you need something veg*n friendly to eat either as take away or cook at home, you can get something from H&B.
