	Review: This place is great! Glen, the owner, is super friendly and SO informative. He really takes the time to explain answers to every question you may have. Great atmosphere. His cafe offer delicious items, including the best "ice cream" and raw chocolates!! They offer a TON of classes, from guest speakers to workshops, and even offer FREE exercise classes on Sat. mornings!! I have become so much more aware of what I eat, and am slowly adapting to eating more raw foods in my diet! It is worth the trip from anywhere! Try one of his great smoothies!   Pros: friendly * yummy * calming Cons: wish there was a shop in every town!! * (not really a con!!) *
