	Review: I have had almost all of China Max's veggie "chicken" options and when they are cooked well, they are divine. Sometimes it can be a bit crispy, but my boyfriend still enjoys them. I like the General Tso's and the Kung Pao best. Definitely a nice option for those that miss the taste of chinese food and want a quick meal. Whenever I call for pick up they tell me it will be ready in 10 minutes and it always is.   Pros: cheap * fast * tasty Cons: touch and go * in amherst *
