	Review: Unpretentious tiny café that pays attention to every detail. From the flowers on the table to the fond farewell, every nuance is carefully, deliberately chosen. As with everything there, food is restrained, balanced and perfectly executed. Vegetarian choices are abundant, not incidental. It is the opposite of fast food and quite possibly the best dining experience in Vermont. You will leave full in more ways than one. Bring cash. Credit cards not accepted (not a bad trend) and you might be inspired to tip more lavishly than you'll want to be reminded of later. It's that good.   Pros: Spectacular soup * Skillful staff * Lovely ambiance Cons: Limited hours * Limited menu * Too far to go every day

"Wonderful Vegan Lunch"   My Rating

	Review: We looked at various restaurants in Montpelier and liked the look of this one the best. It is not a vegan restaurant but has vegan options so we were very happily surprised to get a wonderful, healthy, tasty, fresh nutritious lunch. Loved this restaurant and service was excellent and friendly. Highly recommend this place for veggie/vegan lunch. Hearty bowl of soup and very tasty fresh salad.   Pros: Elegant * fresh/tasty * Delicious Cons: Cash/check only * Soup/salad only *
