Review: This place is AWESOME!!! In addition to the banquet, they have rooms to stay overnight, weekly, whatever for a very fair price. It's situated on lush green land, fruit trees and a vegan kitchen equipped with all you need to buy and cook your own food while staying there. They offer fruit (usually from their garden), cereal or fresh bread for a modest price each morning on an honor system. They have a compost and recycling area in the kitchen too.
They have a yoga studio and offer yoga classes several times a week, massage and multiple interesting lectures, even chanting circles monthly. This place is a real vegan paradise with a home-like feel. Check out the website for new information. www.continentalhouse.com.au
I've stayed here many times and never ever disappointed. Zalan, the owner is so accommodating. Everyone there is...
Pros: Vegan, all vegan * beautiful * inexpensive

Review: The Saturday night vegan banquet at Continental House is amazing. The retreat itself is eclectic and charming and the dining room has a great atmosphere. The food is made of fresh seasonal and organic produce and is absolutely delicious, from the soup starter to the tropical fruits ice cream dessert - and everything in between. At only $25 it's a real bargain as well.
