Excellent fresh food with superb service in a lovely location. Lots of choice. Very good value. I wished we lived nearer!

Unless you happen to live in Lampeter it is a long way from anywhere, so it is an especial pleasure to come across this lovely place, where the staff are friendly and the food inexpensive and tasty.
Newly refurbished when we visited, with a shop in the front and a cafe at the back and upstairs. I don't know how they do it, but what a grand place.
Pros: Yummy food, Great prices, Nice peopleWonderful, lovely place, great food, lovely staff. Vegan options and a complete understanding of vegetarian food. A must for any veggie.
