Info: Small and intimate Japanese style restaurant fun by a mother and daughter team. Guests sit at a bar behind food preparation area. Small menu. Also an area with products for sale. Location is off the main road on a quiet side street. Address in Japanese: 京都府京都市中京区三条通寺町東入ル石橋町5-1.
NOTE: there is a wholefood shop just around the corner from the restaurant. Price: Moderate.

Review: I had a hard time finding this place, but once I did, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I ordered the tempeh pocket, which was tasty, but a little dry. Does serve seafood, which was disappointing, since it prevented me from ordering the lunch set.
Pros: Nice atmosphere * Good food *
