	Review: The Gopher Spot, a convenience store on the St. Paul campus of the University of Minnesota, is a great option for vegetarians and vegans in the area. They have tons of vegetarian and vegan options, including sandwiches, salads, burritos, noodle bowls, beverages, wraps, and more. They are constantly striving to improve their product selection, and are open to suggestions. Starting in early 2008 they are launching the Gopher Spot Goes Green campaign which highlights their vegan, vegetarian, organic, natural, and fair trade products. They are also making changes to improve their relationship with the environment and to educate their customers on the benefits of these healthy lifestyles. The Gopher Spot is by far the best food option on the St. Paul campus. I highly, highly recommend you stop by!   Pros: tons of options * great value * friendly staff Cons: * *
