They have decent selections. Check out one of their special events like Middle Eastern night with belly dancers. It is in the middle of Newark in an up and coming section around Rutgers that just got written up recently in the Star Ledger.
Pros: FriendlyHarvest Table offers a few great vegetarian and vegan selections. They make home made hummus, offer a great selection of smoothies... They offer a vegan veggie burger, a portabello mushroom burger, a middle eastern dish, and even some vegan baked goods! Harvest Table delivers and you can call ahead for pick up. The staff is super friendly and they even offer special events!
