Review: Not quite sure why this restaurant is listed on this website, although it has vegetarian food there is no more or less than other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. The food was nice, but again no better or worse than I would get in any random Vietnamese restaurant. We had the crisy vegie noodles and the water morning glory. It was nice, reasonably priced, not too oily but unless you are close there is not much point seeking this place out over another random place. Try "Little Italy" around the corner which has an extensive range of delicious pizzas and pastas (many vegie options) if you want a change from the Vietnamese food.
Pros: Reasonably priced * Friendly staff *
Cons: Not vegetarian!!! * * |

Review: I had tried the little pure veg places selling the buddhist mock meat items in the area but wasn't impressed. I was relieved to find this place instead. They had a large range of veggie/vegan dishes. The fried tofu is good value but have it as a side dish or with fried rice (which is addictive they put roast onion in it), the other mixed veg. dishes are really nice, so are the vietnamese fresh spring rolls. It's not a pure veg restaurant but they were unusually sensitive to my vegan diet. (Kitchen was spotless)
Pros: Staff are really friendly * Good value for money * Excellent food
Cons: Not pure veg eatery * * |
