	Review: This is one of the best vege place i have eaten at, taking into consideration that they are located in the middle of nowhere. 	Review: Spruce Hill Lunch is a totally vegetarian,vegan friendly restaurant a few miles off 322W that somehow manages to survive in the middle of an area known for its penchant for meat and potatoes. The home cooked fare is excellent with reasonable prices and generous portions. The first weekend of every month features a buffet for $7.25. The owners are friendly and accommodating and try to serve organic and local produce whenever possible. It is a cosy, charming place to stop approximately halfway between Harrisburg and Penn State.   Pros: Tasty healthy food * Reasonable prices * Good sized portions Cons: none * *
