Respond to Review of Green Vegetarian Cuisine - Downtown

Review: pros: Veg, recycling logo, wise environment impact responsible resource business themes; cons: While high marks for delivering longevity restaurant product of standing meatless menu {no small feat}, along with excellent themes of recycling, green living/green eating, etc. are to be commended; There is so far to go overcoming the typical restaurant issues of: management/ownership, providing stress-free atmosphere, retaining an Ept staff of refinement, waste, bi-product, and energy use/ abuse, noise, etc. Not much available for veg / vegan /raw community or health type folks in an otherwise forward-leaning region. Even so, any novice will be no less-the-better for visiting a farmer stand or even grocery. 2nd to surviving the restaurant business with the distinction of no-meat menu, What is most impressive is the re-use of a nice brick structure re-fitted for the theme.
