Respond to Review of Prinz Myshkin City
Review: I love the interior of the place: it is roomy, with very high ceilings and tasteful, modern decor. It is located right near the city centre, and its decor and atmosphere make it a perfect place to meet up with friends or to bring guests. The food is also good, albeit it is expensive for what you get (that is, other veg restaurants in the city serve similar items for less). However, the food is well-presented, and everything I had was great. For vegans, everything is clearly marked. There is a good selection of vegan salads, appetisers, and soups. I personally recommend the beetroot soup with coconut milk. As for entrees, most are centred around protein-dense (tofu, seitan, nuts, cheese) dishes, which are not my favourite, but there are also some dishes leaning toward grain-based foods and vegetables, some of which are also vegan. Vegans will have little to choose for dessert, but that did not really upset me as I like a break between dinner and dessert; however, vegetarians and omnis have a large selection of cakes, custard-based, fruit-based and ice-cream-based desserts to choose from.
