Respond to Review of Prinz Myshkin City
Review: Went to Prinz Myshkin this evening. Wasn't that busy as during Oktoberfest. Restaurant is pleasant and comfortable, though food and service did not meet same standards. Waiting staff were not particularly attentive and not all meals shown on the menu were available (not so surprising) but also certain beers were also unavailable as well. There were three in our party and on the whole the food was ok, though the vegetables in horseradish sauce was particularly unpleasant and much of the dish had to be left. The sauce was virtually cream with only the smallest hint of horseradish; the chard wasn't correctly washed with grit still in it; the broccoli and cauliflower were overcooked. Considering the positive reviews this restaurant has received, I assume my visit was simply unlucky and possibly not in keeping with their usual standards. Sadly, on this occasion however, I left the restaurant disappointed and unsatisfied. The food of the other two guests was good, however they also agreed that the level of service on this occasion was poor. Nevertheless, it was good there is a restaurant in Munich aiming to provide good quality vegetarian food - just on this occasion they could have done better!
