Respond to Review of Bon - Taito-ku

Review: It is difficult to get the peace, respectful service, Zen decor, carefully prepared, varied food which this place offers. It is beyond ordinary "restaurant". I ate here three years ago and this time was just as wonderful. I think there is some minor sea-food based ingredients used, as is the case with many veggie Japanese places.
