Respond to Review of CLOSED: Cinnamon

Review: After hearing that Cinnamon now uses Daiya, we headed over there for the first time for lunch today. We were served by Esperanza herself. We ordered the empanadas and a chicken tamale for appetizers. Both delicious! For the entrees, we shared the daiya cheese enchiladas and chicken mole. Tasty! I haven't had cheese enchiladas like that since becoming vegan. We topped it all off with the chocolate pie for dessert. It was a nice end to the meal. We would absolutely have everything all over again! We also took a half dozen tamales (veggie and chorizo) home for later. The chili and cheese tamales were still made with real cheese, but Esperanza said she was making a batch with Daiya soon. We will have to go back for those!
