Review: A small vegetarian restaurant in Bath town centre, Demuths had lots of vegan options clearly marked on the menu. I ate there several times on a visit to Bath a while back and enjoyed every single dish. I bought the cookbook which is not fully vegan but has great recipes, including a delicious date cake.
