Respond to Review of Eighth Day Vegetarian Restaurant Shop and Cafe

Review: I went here last week, Its a mecca for all veggies in the northwest uk - or it should be ! The upstairs shop has everything (and i do mean everything) then downstairs is a lovely cafe! I found the place clean, cosy, staff were pleasant. Food was lush, my hubby had mousaka (i tried a bit) i had split pea and mint soup - both were delicious ! I would highly recommend this place to anyone ! (they have the reciped for all their dished on their website too so you can go home and make the things you try for yourself !)
